Zistos Supports the United Veterans Beacon House

The Zistos Corporation of Holbrook, NY, recently presented a donation to the United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) on an unseasonably cold day on Long Island.

UVBH was formed to work with the homeless veteran population of the Tri State area, providing temporary and permanent residence for US Military veterans and their families.

Veterans also come to Beacon House with physical disabilities, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD), Traumatic Brain Injury, mental health issues, alcohol or drug addiction plus job skill/readiness training. Continue reading “Zistos Supports the United Veterans Beacon House”

This revolution won’t be televised.

Widespread use of revolutionary new video technology in the public domain continues to generate lively debate in the media on when and where its use is appropriate.

Yet many of these new developments in video technology have advanced to the point where they can greatly increase safety, efficiency and process management for workers involved in dangerous maintenance inspection tasks for infrastructure support and within industrial environments––which isn’t on the evening news.
